GE Oil & Gas and Enpro Subsea signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly market cost-effective fluid intervention and other well intervention services to improve rates in producing wells. The nonexclusive partnership is already underway in West Africa and other strategic regions, GE Oil & Gas said May 11.

Aberdeen, Scotland-based Enpro Subsea will provide the integrated subsea sampling and injection solution to enable work in multiple wells from one vessel. The equipment can be operated subsea by an ROV.
