Catherine Hughes will resign from Statoil ASA’s (NYSE: STO) board of directors, the company said April 15. The resignation will be effective immediately.
Stavanger, Norway-based Statoil’s nomination committee will search for a new board member.
Olaug Svarva is chair of the nomination committee.
