BW Offshore has received a notice from Petrobras on April 28 extending the lease and operation agreement of BW Cidade de São Vicente by 48 days. The new expiration date of the contract is June 11, 2020.
BW Offshore has commenced planning for demobilization of the unit from the field and is considering temporary lay up in Brazil.
BW Cidade de São Vicente commenced operation for Petrobras in 2009 and has been utilized as a well test facility for the client on multiple locations offshore Brazil.
