The board of directors of Pemex and Repsol agreed to an industrial, strategic alliance. The initial duration of the alliance is 10 years.
The alliance covers the upstream and natural gas liquids (NGL) business in America, as well as the downstream business in America, Spain and Portugal. The alliance will include collaboration in education and training programs.
