RockBridge Resources Inc. has completed the sale of its interests in Pembina Cardium properties in Canada to a Calgary oil and gas company, according to a news release.
The sale was for cash of $625,000 subject to adjustments and became effective Oct. 1.
The company said it is now focusing on its existing projects and projects under consideration in its strategic alliance with Crimson Energy Ltd. With the completion of the sale, RockBridge is now virtually debt free, other than convertible debentures due 2014.
