Paul Rowsey was appointed nonexecutive chairman of the board at offshore service provider Ensco Plc, the company said May 18. His appointment follows Dan Rabun’s retirement and the annual general meeting of shareholders, the London-based company said.
Rowsey has been a member of the board since 2000, and most recently was the lead director. He will remain the chairman of the nominating and governance committee.
Rabun was chairman of the board after retiring as Ensco’s president and CEO in 2014. He joined the board in 2006, becoming CEO and chairman in 2007.
