Subsea 7 S.A. has reached an agreement to substitute a pipelay support vessel (PLSV) working on a day-rate contract for Petrobras offshore Brazil.
Instead of the chartered PLSV Normand Seven, the two companies have agreed to use the PLSV Seven Mar. Subsea 7 said it will return Normand Seven to its owner at the end of its fixed-term charter agreement.
No other significant changes to the contract terms were reported.
