Tendeka has been awarded two significant contracts for the sand and inflow control technology in Russia, according to a press release. The combined awards will include the supply of more than 400 devices in 2015.
Tendeka is to provide RN-Purneftegaz with sand face completion equipment and services for horizontal wells at the onshore Severo-Komsomolskoe oil field in Western Siberia. Supply will include FloRight-Ultra sand screens fitted with FloSure autonomous inflow control devices (AICDs) and SwellRight II swellable sleeves for deployment in spring 2015.
In a separate award, following the supply and installation of AICDs earlier this year, a contract has been secured with Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhskneft for further installations in 2015. The AICDs will be deployed in horizontal wells at the Yury Korchagin oil field in the North Caspian Sea.
